Two types of people to avoid.

There are many types of people out there in the world. People have different attitudes, desires, goals, and dreams. But, in this post I want to share with you the two types of people to avoid if you have an online business or if you are in an affiliate program that uses network marketing as a model for your business.

1.) A Non believer. And not just a non believer in God or His Word? I’m talking about the one who doesn’t believe in himself. Even though they go through the motions of believing, they’re always believing the stronger thought, in their own mind, that they couldn’t do it in the first place. How do you know for sure who these people are? They will say things like;

• I’ll try, and never do.
• I didn’t know, after you explain.
• I don’t know, and I don’t care.
• It might work for someone else but not me.

Listen, it’s not that they are bad people or anything. No! It’s just that if you really want something bad enough and you are willing to take action you will be working to get it?

These kind of people will slow you down from working on your goals, dreams, and/or vision. And do it in a kind way. Thus, deceiving you by having you think that they believe.

You might think at first that they can be changed. But, they can not, nor do they wish to. They like things just the way they are. And are always ready to accept anything that’s good to be a too good to be true scam. Then retreat, run and hide to the comfort of failure where they convince themselves that they knew it was a scam all the time.

2.) A Vocal Non believer. These types of people know everything about anything and also know people who tried the same thing and failed. They voice their negative opinions about everything.

The best thing to do when you run into this type of person is just walk away. Don’t allow their negativity to sink in and discourage you. Don’t allow them to bring you down to their level because that’s exactly what will happen should you give them very much of your time.

This type of person will give you every excuse they know and in their own heart they believe what they say is the only truth there is and nobody can say anything to change their belief. They will say things like;

• Well, I’ll have to see it to believe it.
• I don’t do those kind of things.
• My relative tried that and failed.

One thing that has helped me since 1995 is that I learned early on in my network marketing business is that I only look for and talk to people who are looking for what I have to offer. I don’t spend time trying to sell individuals anything. I don’t try to convince people that it will work for them.

I only give my time to those who have an idea of what they want to accomplish and I simply show them how my business can help them achieve their desired goals and dreams.

If they don’t see it for themselves there is nothing I can do for them. Especially if they are one of the two types of negative people mentioned here today. Two types of people to avoid.

Nothing can stop the man with the right mental attitude from achieving his goal; nothing on earth can help the man with the wrong mental attitude.
