The Desires of Your Heart?

The thing that drives us all are the desires of our heart.
Some may have the desire to have lots of money?
Some may just want a new home?

But, what is it that one thing that drives you?
It's your desire to do more so you can have more.
It's my desire to see you get more because of
the teaching and experiences I've had. You see,
I fully understand this to be a true statement
and it happens to be our company motto.

"You can have everything you want in life ifyou will simply help enough others get what they want."

When you can connect with the other persons'
desires and what they want you can begin to
show them how they can achieve it.

That's where social sites like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter
can make it very easy to connect to people and their
desires.

All you have to do is be consistant in liking and sharing
your solution to their problem and make it simple.
Like watching a video that explains the solution for you.

Not by becoming a "Guru" or a sales person. But by being
there and making sure that their desires are in the
fore front of your mind.

I help my team by doing certain things for them in
the beginning that they may not know how to do. With time
they will do the same for those who join their team. I consistantly
coach my team to spend their first few days learning.

Then, when they do begin to understand that marketing is important.
Advertising is vital. And promoting is crucial to every small
business. It usually get's them very excited about how they can reach
their own goals and obtain their own desires of their heart by
sharing a video!
