Every successful Internet entrepreneur will tell you that the most important thing you can have on the web is content.

The content can be whatever you are interested in because there are others out there who are interested in the same content that you produce.

The content can be produced by you in the form of email, a blog or a website filled with knowledge that you have obtained or acquired and you are willing to share it with the world wide web.

An important aspect of content is that it's valuable to someone who is looking for the content that you are sharing. For example, information about one particular topic might be interesting to you but may have little value to someone else.

In today's content I would like to share with you some of the things I've learned about Internet Marketing and getting your content seen by the world. If that sounds scary, trust me, it's very simple and will help you promote your content.

Search Engine Optimization? Or SEO is simply allowing search engines to receive from you the content that you want to share with the world. You build the content and the submit it to search engines so that when someone "Searches" for that information they find you, and everyone else who may have the same information.

Optimizing your information so that when it's searched for they find you is the goal. You want to make it better than the 1,000's of other sites that come up in the search.

Part of the optimizing of your content includes "Key words" which are the words typed into the search engine to find the desired information. It's very important to match your keywords with the content that you are sharing. This will increase the traffic to your content by allowing the search spiders to find your content as apposed to the others who have not done this. You win!
